Use your VISA , Mastercard, American Express or Discover. All Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. Any other special purchase arrangements must be made in advance.

SHIPPING METHODS
United States orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). International and wholesale orders shipped International Express Mail from our Philippine Studios. Any other special shipping arrangements must be made in advance. Most orders from the website will be shipped from our either our Colorado showroom or our studio in New Mexico. During busy periods, vacations or weather incidents some orders may be shipped from the Philippines studio by Express Mail with no change in shipping costs and you will receive the same quality MoonDancer Products in about the same time. If you do not wish to have your order shipped from our international studio please leave us a message on the contact us page.

International:

International orders over $50.00 will receive an appropriate shipping credit based on the rate to the farthest USA shipping location. Many International locations in the Pacific and Asia regions (plus Canada)will normally receive free shipping from our Philippines Studio. You will be notified of additional shipping costs if required. If you do not wish to have your order shipped from our Philippines Studio please leave us a message on the CONTACT US page.  

DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped within two business days following payment confirmation. If the product or color is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of expected shipping date, usually ten to fourteen days depending on availability.

RETURNS:
All returns MUST be made within 30 days of shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of e-mail authorization from MoonDancer Leather. All returns include a 15% restocking charge. Defective items will be replaced free of charge, including shipping

Made In the USA:

MoonDancer Leather was conceived and created in the United States by the Danser Family in 1995. The Primary influence being the South West Designs and atmosphere of the New Mexico. Particularly Santa Fe and Taos. Over the years as demand for our products grew, especially wholesale , expansion of manufacturing capability was required. Unfortunately it is difficult, if not impossible, to compete in the wholesale markets when nearly all of your competitors (including most of the big brand names) manufacture their products in Asia.

After several attempts elsewhere we found the quality talent we need in the Philippines. Both USA and Philippines location use the same quality materials. Nearly all wholesale is produced in the Philippines. For effeciency reasons most osf the small items, jewelry, footwear and over half of the clothing is produced in the Philippines. This allows us to keep our prices low and still make high quality products for more customers.
